Located in an emerging gold-rich region, the Hawkins property sits a growing prolific and gold-rich Hemlo-Timmins corridor. The 75 km long flagship property offers multiple potential exploration targets that share characteristics with the Hemlo deposit. The original starting claims block included the Hawkins project with consisted of 419 optioned claims originally staked by Don McKinnon, and 520 E2Gold claims to the west. Recently however, E2Gold staked an additional 1,634 claims surrounding the Hawkins and western claims to substantially increase the potential for a discovery. Exploration is currently focused on the central 15 km-long portion of the project, around the McKinnon Zone Inferred Resource, a Hemlo look alike which hosts 6,280,000 tonnes grading l.6S g/t gold for 328,800 ounces of gold
